Zupa Soup Recipe From Europe
Zupa Soup Ingredients :
- Margarine, 2 tablespoons
- Onions, 1 / 2 fruit, finely chopped
- Button mushrooms, 150 grams, chopped small box shape
- Cake flour, 2 tablespoons
- Chicken broth, 650 ml
- Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Whipped cream, 125 ml
Complementary Zupa Soup :
- Margarine, 2 tablespoons
- Button mushrooms, 75 grams, thinly sliced
- Chicken fillet, 250 grams, ready to use, cut into 15×15 cm
- Egg yolk, 1 point, to spread
How to make Zupa Soup :
- Heat margarine, saute onion until wilted. Enter the mushrooms, stirring until the mushrooms wilt. Add flour and stir well.
