Zupa Soup Recipe From Europe

Zupa Soup Ingredients :

  • Margarine, 2 tablespoons
  • Onions, 1 / 2 fruit, finely chopped
  • Button mushrooms, 150 grams, chopped small box shape
  • Cake flour, 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken broth, 650 ml
  • Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Whipped cream, 125 ml

Complementary Zupa Soup :

  • Margarine, 2 tablespoons
  • Button mushrooms, 75 grams, thinly sliced
  • Chicken fillet, 250 grams, ready to use, cut into 15×15 cm
  • Egg yolk, 1 point, to spread

How to make Zupa Soup :

  1. Heat margarine, saute onion until wilted. Enter the mushrooms, stirring until the mushrooms wilt. Add flour and stir well.
  2. Pour broth gradually while stirring until dough is well blended, bring to a boil. Enter Dijon mustard, salt and pepper, stir. Remove and let cool.
  3. Blend mushroom soup with blender.
  4. Complement: Heat margarine, saute sliced mushrooms and chicken hngga wilt, remove and set aside.
  5. Prepare heat-resistant dish that has been spread with margarine, pour the soup mixture into the dish. Add stir-fry mushrooms in it.
  6. Cover the top with puff pastry dough, spread the top with egg yolk. Panggan in oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes until cooked. Lift.

Serve warm.

Tips Zupa Soup :
If you do not have heat-resistant dish, you could replace with hard-textured white bread with a hole in the middle.
For crisp puff pastry and serve the soup shortly before serving.
