Kenchin Soup Food Recipe
Kenchin Soup Ingredients :
- 120 grams of radish
- 80 grams carrot
- 120 grams of sweet taro / ebimo
- 80 grams of root vegetables / gobo
- 80 grams of green onion
- 1 / 2 pack of silk tofu
- 8 Peas
- 1 liter fish stock / dashi
- 30 cc koi Kochi shoyu / soy sauce thick
- 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
- 15 ml sesame oil
How To Make Kenchin Soup :
- Vegetables, turnip, carrot, sweet potato and taro root vegetables, cut into shapes by tastes.
- Cook the broth along with vegetables, add seasonings of soy sauce thick, salt.
- Add tofu that has been destroyed, peas, green onion and oil sesame.
- After boiling, remove and serve warm.
