Green Pea Goat Soup Recipe
Ingredients Of Green Pea Goat Soup :
- 500 gr goat ribs, diced
- 150 gr green beans
- 2 liters of water
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 1 nutmeg seed, crushed
- 3 cm cinnamon stick
- 5 seed cloves
- 2 cm ginger, crushed
- 2 tsp salt and 1 teaspoon pepper
- Topping: chopped onion, celery, and fried onions
How To Make Green Pea Goat Soup :
- Boil 1.5 liters of water, boiled goat ribs. Add nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger. Cook until meat is tender, remove from heat.
- Boil 500 cc of water, boil green beans until tender. Combine into goat meat stew.
- Heat oil, saute onion until fragrant. Enter into gravy stew meat, cook briefly. Add salt and pepper, stir well, remove from heat.
- Serve warm with a sprinkling of green onion, celery, and garlic fries.
