Fish Tofu Soup Food Recipe

Fish Tofu Soup Ingredients :

  • 500 grams of yellow fish, meat, blend
  • 150 grams of corn starch
  • 5 red onions, chopped, sauteed
  • 2 tsp salt, 1 / 2 tsp pepper powder, and
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 egg whites, and 50 ml of water

Fish Tofu Soup Wrapper :

  • 10 pieces of fried pong tofu
  • 2 sheets of beancurd, cut into 10 cm
  • 6 kibun Kani (crab flavor preparations)
  • 8 pieces kibun Mame (refined taste of fish)

Mayonnaise :

  • 1 1 / 2 liter broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped, sauteed
  • 1 stalk spring onion, chopped
  • 100 grams of Soun, soak in cold water until soft, drain

How to Make a Fish Tofu Soup :

  6. Prepare a bowl, put Soun, stuffing, kibun Kani, kibun Mame and berries sauce warm. Sprinkle with chopped celery and onion and fried, served warm boiled with garlic sauce.
