Tanduri Cooking Sauce Recipes

Tanduri Cooking Sauce Ingredients :

  • 500 grams of milkfish, wipe the scales
  • Lime juice 1 fruit, take the water
  • Bouillon powder 1 teaspoon
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, puree
  • Citronella size 1 fruit, crushed ends

Seasoning Sauce :

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon pepper grains, roughly mashed

Facilitators :

  • White rice
  • Chilli paste
  • Lalapan ( vegetable supplement )

How to cook Tanduri :

  1. Clean the fish from the scales and droppings.
  2. Remove bones.
  3. Smear the fish with lime juice, set aside some time. Marinate fish with gravy powders, baked briefly. (Do not be too often reversed so that the fish skin smooth when burned). Let one side cooked first and reversed.
  4. Seasoning sauce: Mix all ingredients, mix well.
  5. Brush the sides of fish that have been cooked with spices in soy sauce, turning the other hand, smear with seasoning sauce. Bake again until cooked but not to burn. Lift.
  6. Serve fish with a companion.

Tips :
