Squid Soy Sauce Flavour Recipes :

  • Fresh squid, 250 grams, clean the outer skin, cut into the box, copy
  • Leek leaf, 1 stalk, cut into 1 cm
  • Red pepper, 2 pieces, seeded, thinly sliced
  • Water, 300 ml
  • Cooking oil, 2 tablespoons

Seasonings :

  • Garlic, 2 cloves, thinly sliced
  • Soy sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • Pepper powder, 1 / 2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

How to make Squid Soy Sauce Flavour :

  1. Heat oil and saute garlic until fragrant.
