Bendega Crabs Curry Recipes

Cooking Crab is very tempting, especially for fans of crab. With the right level of spicy seasonings combined with typical asian makes the tongue feel like not going to stop rocking.

Bendega Crab Curry Ingredients :

  • Fresh Crab, 200 grams, clean
  • Margarine / cooking oil, 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut milk, 500 ml

Bendega Crab Curry Seasonings :

  • Red pepper, 2 pieces
  • Cayenne pepper, 2 pieces
  • Onion, 3 eggs
  • Garlic, 2 cloves
  • Turmeric, 2 knuckles, puree
  • Pecan, 2 eggs
  • Ginger, 2 knuckles, smashed
  • Galangal, 2 fingers, crushed

How to make Bendega Crab Curry :

  1. Finely chop all ingredients except ginger and galangal.
  2. Heat oil and fry all the chopped ingredients until fragrant.
  3. Enter the ginger and galangal. Pour coconut milk and cook until boil while stirring occasionally for coconut milk is not broken.
  4. Enter the crab, cook over high heat until cooked crabs about 15 minutes. Remove and serve.

    What a cool way to cook chicken! I’ve seen steak and fish done that way before, but never chicken. Looks really good!
