Steak Sauce Recipes – Red Sauce
Red Sauce Ingredients :
- 3 tomato fruit, boiled, mashed
- Tomato sauce, 5 tablespoons
- Cornstarch, 1 teaspoon
- Broth, 150 ml
- Onions, 1 / 2 fruit, finely chopped
- Pepper powder, 1 / 4 teaspoon
- Nutmeg powder, 1 / 4 teaspoon
- Salt, 1 / 4 teaspoon
- Margarine, 1 teaspoon, for sauteing
How to cook Red Sauce :
- Heat margarine, saute onion until fragrant. Add broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, pepper and salt, stirring until blended.
- Pour the cornstarch solution and cook until boiling.
- Red sauce ready to serve.
Tips :
Can add a teaspoon of tomato paste or tomato sauce in order to look more beautiful red sauce.
