Mayonnaise Sauce Ingredients :

  • Egg yolk, 2 eggs
  • Salad oil / vegetable oil, 250 grams
  • Vinegar / lemon juice, 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard, 1 / 2 teaspoon
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, 1 / 2 teaspoon

How to make Mayonnaise Sauce :

  1. Beat egg yolks at low speed and stable until blended.

  4. Mayonnaise ready for use.
