Pho Noodle Soup Food Recipes

Noodle soup known as Pho in vietnam is typically contain only beef, plus mushrooms. Alloy hot sauce and spices is what makes it delicious marinade.

Pho Noodle Soup Ingredients :

  • 500 g wet egg noodles
  • 500 ml water

Mayonnaise :

  • vegetable oil, 1 tbsp
  • onions, 20 gr, sliced thin
  • garlic, 2 cloves, finely chopped
  • ginger, ½ cm, finely chopped
  • sukiyaki beef, 100 grams, roughly sliced
  • water, 750 ml
  • dried mushroom, 5 fruit, soaked until soft, thinly sliced
  • fish sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
  • lime juice, 1 tablespoon
  • pepper powder, ½ tsp
  • salt, 1 tsp

How to make Pho Noodle Soup :

  1. Noodles brewed with boiling water until tender. Drain.
  2. Sauce : saute garlic, onions, and ginger until fragrant. Enter the beef, stirring until stiff. Pour water, add the other ingredients. Cook until boiling. Lift.
  3. Place noodles in serving bowl. Pour the hot sauce. Serve immediately.
