Paella Seafood Food Recipe

Paella is a typical Spanish cuisine. Traditionally, paella is cooked in paellera, which is a round flat pan made of steel with two handles. Normally, resting on the table.

Paella Seafood Ingredients :

  • ground pepper to taste

  • 250 g short grain rice
  • 150 grams peas
  • 1 lemon fruit, sliced

How to Make Paella Seafood :

  1. Peel shrimp and clean skin. Small and large shrimp boiled in 1 liter of water for 5 minutes to make shrimp broth. Remove and set aside.
  2. In separate places, poached mussels or Remus. Discard the shells so that the flesh of one of the shells or other shells embedded in Remus. Remove and set aside.
  3. Slice the chicken-shaped dice. Slice the green beans, onions, garlic, peppers, and tomatoes. Saute chicken and vegetables all ingredients with olive oil, cook over medium heat until wilted. Enter the squid, stir gently. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, then remove and set aside.
  4. Mix the saffron or turmeric fine with pepper, salt, and 1 tablespoon water, stir well. Enter the saffron mixture into the pan of chicken and vegetable stir, stir. Then enter the rice. Stir until all ingredients mixed with yellow rice dough evenly. Pour the shrimp broth into the rice mixture with a ratio of 1 part rice 2 parts pour shrimp broth. Simmer until the rice into the rice.
  5. Five minutes before the appointed, sprinkle peas and jumbo shrimp over rice mixture and cook over low heat, cover the pan. If the rice is still hard, add 1 / 2 liters of water, cook for a few minutes hinga cooked rice. If it is cooked, turn off heat and leave covered for 5 minutes.
  6. Paela Serve with lemon slices.

Tips :

  • If using rice from Indonesi, you should first soak for 1 hour.
  • If cooked in a frying pan (skillet), use aluminum foil as a lid.
