Skin Ingredients :

  • High protein flour, 200 grams
  • Chicken egg, 2 eggs

Filling Ingredients :

  • Shrimp (size 50-60 grams), 200 grams
  • Chicken fillet, 400 grams, cut / chopped coarse
  • Garlic, 50 grams, chopped
  • Shitake mushrooms, 50 grams, cut into small dice
  • Sugar, 30 grams
  • Salt, 10 grams
  • Onion oil / sesame oil to taste
  • Flavor, 15 grams
  • Tapioca flour / starch, 50 grams

Garnish Ingredients :

  • Peas, 75 grams
  • Sweet corn, 75 grams

How to make Siomay Two Colors :

  1. Skin: Mix the flour and eggs. Stir until blended. Minced noodle dough with a rolling pin over and over again until the thinnest size. Cut a round shape with a diameter according to taste. Set aside.
  2. Filling: Clean the prawns with cornflour, rinse with water to remove the fishy smell in shrimp. Mix chicken, mushrooms and other filling ingredients, except oil onion / sesame oil. Stir / mash until flat and chewy. Insert the garlic oil / sesame oil and stir well. Set aside.
  3. Take a piece of skin, place 2 teaspoons filling on top, folding to form pockets.
  4. Put the sweet corn and peas on top.
  5. Steamed / team until cooked about 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
