Shabu-shabu Food Recipe

Shabu-shabu Ingredients :

  • 500 grams beef sukiyaki
  • Shitake mushrooms 12 fresh fruit
  • 1 out of white fruit, large size, cut into dice-shaped
  • 75 grams of Soun, soak in hot water, drained
  • 100 grams of white cabbage, cut into pieces
  • 3 leeks, cut into 2 cm diagonal size
  • 100 grams of mustard pok choy, cut into pieces
  • 1 1 / 4 cups Chicken Stock

Dyer Sauce :

  • Kikkoman soy sauce 150 cc
  • 100 cc ponzu / lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 5 cm radishes, finely grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 3 cm ginger, finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, roasted, mashed

Let’s cooking Shabu-shabu !

  1. Ingredients : chicken broth bring to a boil, put green onion, stir well, and enter the beef, mushrooms, tofu, and Soun, chicory, mustard and pok choy, and cook until done, do not flip-flops.
  2. Dyer sauce: Mix soy sauce kikoman, sugar, and the ponzu / lemon juice, stir well, simmer, remove, let cool, then enter the grated radish, garlic, ginger, and sesame seeds, stir well.
  3. Shabu-shabu is usually served with sauce dyers.
