Spaghetti Ai Frutti di Mare Food Recipe

Spaghetty Ai Frutti di Mare Ingredients :
- 200 grams of shellfish
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 200 grams small size squid
- 200 grams of medium-size shrimp, shelled
- 300 grams tomatoes, cut into small pieces
- 30 grams parsley, chopped
- red pepper powder to taste
- 100 ml water
- 500 grams spaghetti
- salt to taste
How to Make Spaghetty Ai Frutti di Mare :
- Enter the shells to the pan, then pour hot water so the shells open. Boil a minute, pick up shells. Separate the mussel meat from shells and set aside.
- In a separate place, saute the garlic finely. Enter mussels and squid, stir briefly. Add sliced tomatoes, shrimp, sliced parsley and red pepper powder.
- Add water and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
- Spaghetti: Boil 3 / 4 volume of water from a large saucepan. After the water boils, put spaghetti and salt and stir well. Once cooked, drain.
