Minestrone Soup Food Recipe

Minestrone soup is kind of typical Italian dishes. Almost all restaurants in Italy serve this menu.

Ingredients of Minestrone Soup :

  • 1 quart beef broth
  • 1 / 2 onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 g zucchini, sliced
  • 20 grams parsley, chopped fine
  • 200 grams of green beans
  • 100 grams green peas
  • 100 grams of spinach, sliced
  • 100 grams of white cabbage, sliced
  • 100 grams carrots, diced
  • 100 ml of fresh tomato sauce
  • enough water
  • 200 grams of fresh red beans
  • salt to taste
  • pepper powder to taste
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make Minestrone Soup :

  1. Saute the onion in olive oil for 3 minutes, put all the pieces of vegetables and tomato sauce. Pour broth into the vegetable stir.
  2. Boil red beans until soft. Blend half of the beans, add to the soup. Stir.
  3. Enter the remainder red beans to the soup, add salt and pepper. Cook the soup for 50 minutes over low heat until boiling.
  4. Serve the soup while it’s hot, sprinkle a little parmesan cheese.

Serves 6

Tips : meat broth can be made from 1 kg of meat and bone that is 1 1 / 2 liters of salt water. Cook until the water into one liter.
