Cum-cum Recipes

Cum-cum Ingredients :

  • Basic puff pastry dough, a recipe
  • Egg yolk, 2 eggs
  • Cherry red, to taste
  • Sugar, 3 tablespoons for topping

Vla Ingredients:

  • Fresh liquid milk, 300 ml
  • Sugar, 75 grams
  • Egg yolk, 1 grain
  • Custard powder, 35 grams
  • Cornstarch, 15 grams

How to create a cum-cum:

  1. Roll dough, cut into 2 cm wide lengthwise.
  2. Roll the dough on the mold-cum cum-shaped cones that have been smeared with butter, glue the edges with water.
  3. Grease top of dough with egg yolk, sprinkle with sugar.
  4. Bake in oven temperature to 200-220 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes (until cooked), lift and remove it from the mold.
  5. Custard filling: Mix sugar and milk, cook over medium heat while stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved, pour a little boiling milk in a mixture of custard powder, cornstarch and egg yolks, stirring frequently, until mixture melts. Reinsert the custard powder in the boiling milk. Stir until boiling. Lift.
  6. Enter a custard batter, in a plastic triangle, in a puff of spray-cum cum, give cerry decoration on top. Serve.

Cum-cum tips:
When you do not find custard powder, can be replaced with corn starch.
Liquid milk can also be made from a mixture of 250 ml of water with 50 grams of milk powder.
