Temulawak Drink Recipes
Curcuminoids in curcuma compound makes this drink can be a means of preventing various diseases such as coronary heart disease, stroke and rheumatic.
Temulawak Beverage Ingredients :
- 50 grams of curcuma
- Kawak acid (seedless) 20 grams
- Kencur 25 grams
- 10 grams cumin
- 100 ml boiled water
- 100 grams sugar
- 2 pieces of pandan leaf
- 1 liter of water
How to create Beverage Temulawak :
- Thin slices of ginger and kencur, toasted briefly.
- Mix the turmeric, tamarind kawak, kencur, cumin and 100 ml of boiled water, puree with the blender.
- Boil water with sugar and pandan leaves until sugar has dissolved.
- Mix the turmeric mixed with boiled sugar water, stir well. Filter.
- Serve warm or cold.
For 5-6 cups
