Marie Pudding Recipes

In the culinary world today, popping up various forms and flavor pudding jelly, one biscuit pudding. Other materials were used to enrich the flavor, taste, and appearance.

Marie Pudding Ingredients :

  • jelly powder white, ½ pack
  • liquid milk, 900 ml
  • sugar, 200 gr
  • whipping cream, 100 ml, stiffly whipped 2 tsp green tea powder
  • milk marie biscuits, 100 gr, cut into small pieces
  • poppy seed, 25 gr

How to make a Pudding Marie :

  1. Boil jelly powder, milk, and sugar to boil, remove from heat.
  2. Pour gelatin mixture into beaten whipping cream, add green tea and stir well.
  3. Enter the poppy seeds and stir well.
  4. Pour 1 tablespoon vegetable mixture into the pan half circle, let cool slightly until half-hardened.
  5. Put a piece of biscuit marie with irregular pattern.
  6. Do the same thing as before until the dough runs out, let cool until hardened.
  7. Cut into pieces to taste, serve cold.
