Soursop and Guava Juice Recipes

Soursop contains complete vitamins, minerals, proteins, and carbohydrates (starch). Touted as well as calcium, iron, and high phosphorus. High fiber is very good to smooth bowel movement and prevent constipation.

Ingredients of Soursop and Guava Juice :

  • 200 g Soursop
  • 1 red guava fruit
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 500 ml ice water

How to Make Soursop and Guava Juice :

  1. Seeded Soursop, set aside the meat.
  2. Cut guava. Do not forget to clean the seeds.
  3. Enter Soursop, guava, vanilla syrup, mint leaves, and water ice into the blender bowl.
  4. Blend until all the dough together.
  5. Pour into serving glasses. Drink immediately.

TIPS For Kitchen :

  • Kinda hard to find a mature soursop in the market. Because, usually picked soursop flesh still loud, but ripe enough.
  • Instead, Soursop soaked first few days at room temperature (do not be stored in the refrigerator).
  • After Soursop flesh is quite soft and smells wonderful, Soursop ready to be processed.
