Ingredients :

  • 1 Chicken
  • 1 liter of dilute Santan
  • Half liter of thick coconut milk
  • 1 stem serai , beaten
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 kaffir lime leaves

Spices :

  • 8 pieces red onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 1 / 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 / 2 finger Lengkuas
  • 5 Tamarind fruit
  • Pepper, salt and sugar to taste

How To cook the chicken opor :

  1. Chicken cleaned, cut into pieces according to your tastes, wash and clean.
  2. Saute the spice paste until fragrant smell, add bay leaf, and give a little vitsin SERE.
