Tiger Bread Recipes

Bread is a modification of white bread. Toping patterned tiger skin that covers the surface makes this bread called tiger bread.

Bread Ingredients :

  • High protein wheat flour 200 grams
  • Cake flour 50 grams
  • Instant yeast 1 / 2 tablespoon
  • 12.5 grams sugar
  • Water 160 ml
  • 5 grams salt
  • Baker bonus S500 1 gram
  • White 1 tablespoon butter

Coatings Materials / Tiger :

  • 75 grams bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon
  • Water 200 ml

How to make Tiger Bread :

  1. Mix all dry ingredients for bread. Enter the water gradually, knead until dough is smooth.
  2. Add white butter, knead until smooth. Get hold of the dough, let stand for 20 minutes.
  3. Flue gas, cut and weigh as heavy as 200 grams. Get hold back the dough and let stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Tipiskan dough with a rolling pin. Roll up and create a solid, place on a baking sheet that has been spread with margarine. Leave it for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Glaze: Mix all ingredients, stirring until blended. Apply a coating material on top of bread dough until covered evenly. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  6. Bake in oven temperature to 190-200 degrees Celsius until done, about 25 minutes. Remove and serve.
