Mango Cake Recipe
Mango Cake Ingredients :
- Sugar, 375 grams
- Chicken eggs, 8 points
- Cake flour, grams 325
- Cornstarch, 75 grams
- Salt, 5 grams
- Baking powder, 12.5 grams
- Ovalet, 40 grams
- Water, 150 ml
- Butter, 80 grams, melting
Materials II (Mango Mousse Filling) :
- 125 ml mango juice
- 88 grams sugar
- 12.5 grams of gelatin
- 375 ml whipping cream
Materials III (Topping) :
- Mango juice, 125 ml
- Gelatin, 5 grams
- Gel fix, 62.5 grams
Decoration :
- Butter cream, as needed
- Necessary mango, thinly sliced
- The cherry red and the green cherries
How to make Mango Cake :
- First batter: Mix all ingredients, except melted butter. Whisk until the flat, expanded and white.

- Spoge splitting into 3 parts white cake layer, basting each piece with the second dough until smooth and flat.
- Give dough topped with III, align. Decorate the edge of the cake with butter cream, put the mango slices and cherries. Serve.
