Corned Bread Recipes

Corned Bread Ingredients :

  • Peeled fresh bread, 10 pieces, cut according to taste
  • Chicken eggs, three eggs, beat off
  • Cake flour, 75 grams
  • Cooking oil, 700 ml

Contents :

  • Corned beef, 250 grams
  • Onions, 1 / 2 fruit, finely chopped
  • Garlic, 2 cloves, finely chopped
  • Carrots, 100 grams, cut into small dice, boil
  • Leek, 1 stick, thinly sliced
  • Pepper, 1 / 2 teaspoon
  • Salt and sugar to taste

How to make Corned Bread :

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Enter the carrots and stir well. Add corned beef, leeks, pepper, salt and sugar and stir well.
  2. Cook until done, remove from heat.
  3. Take one sheet of white bread, give the top with a mixture of corned sufficiently.
  4. Cover top with bread. Repeat until all the bread.
  5. Bread roll in flour until blended.
  6. Corned Dip sandwiches into egg beat until blended.
  7. Fry until cooked corned sandwiches and golden brown. Remove and drain. Serve with chili sauce and cayenne pepper.

Corned Bread Tips :
