Chocolate Suffle Recipes

Usually souffles will deflate when removed from oven, and therefore enjoy while warm souffle.

Chocolate Suffle Ingredients :

  • Margarine, 125 grams
  • Cake flour 75 g
  • Liquid milk, 250 ml
  • Sugar, 50 grams
  • Dark cooking chocolate, 125 grams, melt
  • Chocolate pasta, 1 teaspoon
  • Chicken egg, 2 eggs, separate white and yellow

Decoration :
Cooking chocolate shavings sufficiently dense

How to make Chocolate Suffle :

  1. Heat the margarine until melted.
  2. Stir in the flour and stir well.
  3. Pour liquid milk, sugar, and dark cooking chocolate, stir well, remove from heat.
  4. Add egg yolks, mix well. Set aside.
  5. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the whipped egg whites to chocolate mixture, stirring gently until blended.
  6. Pour the mixture in a heat proof bowl / cup of aluminum foil, coated margarine until full.
  7. Preheat oven to 175 degrees centigrade. Bake the dough until cooked about 60 minutes. Lift.
  8. Garnish with shaved dark chocolate taste. Serve immediately.
