Chocolate Suffle Recipes
Usually souffles will deflate when removed from oven, and therefore enjoy while warm souffle.
Chocolate Suffle Ingredients :
- Margarine, 125 grams
- Cake flour 75 g
- Liquid milk, 250 ml
- Sugar, 50 grams
- Dark cooking chocolate, 125 grams, melt
- Chocolate pasta, 1 teaspoon
- Chicken egg, 2 eggs, separate white and yellow
Decoration :
Cooking chocolate shavings sufficiently dense
How to make Chocolate Suffle :
- Heat the margarine until melted.
- Stir in the flour and stir well.
- Pour liquid milk, sugar, and dark cooking chocolate, stir well, remove from heat.
- Add egg yolks, mix well. Set aside.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the whipped egg whites to chocolate mixture, stirring gently until blended.
- Pour the mixture in a heat proof bowl / cup of aluminum foil, coated margarine until full.
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees centigrade. Bake the dough until cooked about 60 minutes. Lift.
- Garnish with shaved dark chocolate taste. Serve immediately.
