Chiffon Cake Basic Dough Recipe

Ingredients I :

  • Cake flour, 160 grams
  • Baking powder, 1 / 2 teaspoon
  • Egg yolk, 8 points
  • Water, 125 ml
  • Vegetable oil, 6 tablespoons

Ingredients II :

  • Egg whites, 8 points
  • Sugar, 175-200 grams
  • Lime juice, 1 teaspoon

How to make Chiffon Cake :

  1. Mix the flour and baking powder until blended. Sift and create a hole in the center of the flour.
  2. Mix the egg yolks, water and oil, mix well. Pour egg yolk mixture in the hole a little flour, stirring until blended. Set aside.
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff half.
  4. Enter the sugar and lemon juice gradually while continuing to be whipped until stiff. Enter in the flour mixture gradually while stirring gently.
  5. Chiffon basic dough is ready for use.
