Steak with Spicy Mushroom Sauce Food Recipes

Steak Ingredients :

  • Beef sirlaoin 1.5 cm thick 4 slices. (@ 200 grams)
  • 2 garlic cloves, mashed
  • Onions 1 / 2 fruit, finely chopped
  • Pepper 1 / 2 teaspoon, puree
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt as needed

Sauce Ingredients :

  • 75 grams butter
  • 300 grams button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • Piterselli chopped 3 teaspoons
  • Pepper powder 1 / 2 teaspoon
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • Dried chili peppers that have been squeezing 1 / 8 teaspoon
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 250 ml beef broth

How To Make Steak with Spicy Mushroom Sauce :

  1. Mix all ingredients, set aside (marinated) beef sirloin at least one hour dive to allow the flavors to infuse.
  2. Sauce: melt 30 g butter, enter button mushrooms, shallots, and saute. Drain and remove (dispose of excess fluid). Sprinkle with chopped piterselli, salt and pepper. Set aside.
